Workshop on the results of the implementation of the state policy of energy conservation and energy efficiency in 2016 and plans for 2017

On February 10 of this year, in the Pavlodar region, JSC "Electric Power and Energy Saving Development Institute" together with the Department of Energy and Housing and Communal Services of the Pavlodar region held a working meeting on the results of the implementation of the state policy of energy saving and energy efficiency in 2016 and plans for 2017, under chaired by Acting Head of the Department of Energy and Housing and Communal Services of Pavlodar Region Begentaev B.M.

The meeting was attended by representatives of regional administrations, akimats of cities and districts, industrial enterprises, subjects of the quasi-public sector and the media.

During the meeting, the Director of the Center for Data Collection and Processing of the Institute, Bokaev E.A. reported on the role of the Institute in the implementation of the state policy of energy conservation and energy efficiency, the formation and maintenance of the State Energy Register.

Also at the meeting, the issues on the formation and maintenance of the Energy Efficiency Map were considered.

As a result of the meeting, the participants received detailed information on the procedure for conducting an energy audit and submitting a project application to the energy efficiency card, the operation of the mechanism of energy service contracts, the application of service contracts based on PPP principles, as well as on the automated system "AIS SER".
