Workshop on the results of the implementation of the state policy of energy conservation and energy efficiency in 2016 and plans for 2017 in the Kyzylorda region

Under the chairmanship of the Deputy Head of the Department of Energy and Housing and Communal Services of the Kyzylorda region, Zholamanov E.E. March 6 this year JSC "Electric Power and Energy Saving Development Institute" together with the akimat of the Kyzylorda region held a working meeting on the results of the implementation of the state policy of energy saving and energy efficiency in 2016 and plans for 2017.

The main purpose of the meeting is to clarify the main provisions of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Energy Saving and Improving Energy Efficiency", the formation and maintenance of the State Energy Register, the passage of the energy audit procedure by the subjects of the SER, the formation and maintenance of an energy efficiency map, the implementation of projects in the field of energy conservation through the mechanism of energy service contracts and the use of service PPP contracts.
