The representative of JSC "Electric power and energy saving development Institute" Kapan Arman listened to the "Opening lecture on green construction and energy saving", which was held in Astana, Nazarbayev University.

During the lecture, the following topics were considered:

- Energy audit of industrial installations;

- Green buildings and sustainable cities: challenges, role, benefits, climate change adaptation measures, mitigation of CO2 emissions and achievement of the UN Sustainable Development Goals.

The lecture was conducted by: Engineer Sheikh Zahoor Sarwar, CEO of Research Teck (Pvt) and Professor Dr. Mohsen Abulnaga, Strategy and Policy Adviser, Professor of Sustainable Construction Environment at the Faculty of Engineering of Cairo University.
