On March 14, 2018, in Odessa (Ukraine), Kanat Isin, Chief Manager of the Project Management and PPP Development Center of the JSC "Electric power and energy saving development Institute", took part in the Sustainable Transport Policy Forum organized by the International Energy Agency (IEA).

The Sustainable Transport Policy Forum was a full-scale event, the main purpose of which was to study the role of transport in the broader context of energy demand, as well as to understand how energy-efficient transport benefits countries from an energy point of view and seeks to improve the data necessary for conducting the stages of tracking and regulating fuel costs.

During the forum, relevant case studies on the countries of the Eastern Partnership and Central Asia were discussed, as well as the progress of benchmarking and pricing policy in the field of fuel economy was considered.
