Conference "Sustainable energy and heat supply in cities"

On April 16-17, 2018, representatives of the JSC "Electric power and energy saving development Institute", represented by the Chairman of the Board, Smagulov Baurzhan, and the Director of the State Energy Register Center, Kabykenov Almaty, attended the conference "Sustainable energy and heat supply in cities", within the framework of the infrastructure "in Berlin, as well as the Congress" Berlin Energy Transition Dialogue ".

The Institute took an active part in discussions about existing concepts of sustainable urban energy infrastructure and innovative solutions for the future, and made a significant contribution to the success of the conference.

During the meeting, in many reports and reviews, the achieved results of cooperation between Germany and the countries of Eastern Europe, as well as Kazakhstan in the energy sector were duly noted, and at the same time the need for a closer interregional partnership in the future was emphasized.

A regional round table with the participation of experts is envisaged in Astana in the summer.
