A conference on "Energy Efficient - quarters"
On April 9, 2019, JSC "Electric power and energy saving development Institute" took part in the conference "Energy Efficient - quarters", organized in Berlin by the German Energy Agency (dena).
The conference "Energy Efficient - quarters" was held within the framework of the Congress "Berlin Energy Transition Dialogue 2019", an interregional platform in the field of urban energy infrastructure for experts from Belarus, Kazakhstan, Russia and Ukraine, founded by the German Energy Agency (dena), whose activities are aimed at strengthening the dialogue between experts from these countries and Germany in order to exchange experience and initiate new projects.
Within the framework of the conference, the concepts and trends of planning and energy development of urban infrastructure at the level of microdistricts and blocks were considered, the regulatory framework and financial incentives for the implementation of projects for the construction of energy-efficient blocks were discussed, as well as technical features and practical experience of implementing such projects were presented. The conference also addressed the issues of involving citizens in the process of planning urban infrastructure and raising their awareness through public events and campaigns.
