Conference, Minsk, 2019

From May 23 to 24, 2019, a conference on "Promoting the Goals of sustainable Urban development, housing and Land Management in the Republic of Belarus" was held in Minsk, within the framework of the regional project of the UNDP GEF and the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Republic of Belarus "Support for green urban Planning in small and medium-sized cities of Belarus" (the "Green Cities"Project). The event was held jointly with the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe, the United Nations Human Settlements Programme (UN Hubbit), as well as the central sectoral state bodies of the Republic of Belarus.

The conference was attended by Deputy Chairman of the Board of JSC "Electric power and energy saving development Institute" Alibekov O. A. The participation was aimed at developing inter - country cooperation in the field of energy saving and energy efficiency improvement in the EAEU space.
