The second republican children's drawing contest will be held in Kazakhstan

"Energy saving through the eyes of children"

The children's competition is dedicated to the celebration of the International Energy Saving Day and it is held in order to educate the younger generation of environmental awareness and attract their attention to the economical use of energy, thereby encouraging children to study the elementary principles of energy saving, simultaneously helping to reveal their creative abilities. Any child between the ages of 4 and 17 can take part in the competition.

The deadline for submitting applications is from November 10 to 25, 2019.

According to the results of the evaluation of the contest entries, the winners will be announced in three age categories for three prizes (1st place-laptop, 2nd place-tablet, 3rd and 1st Grand Prix (smartphone). The award ceremony will be held on November 29, 2019 in Nur-Sultan (Hilton Astana) as part of the II International Energy Saving Forum. The organizer of the competition is the Ministry of Industry and Infrastructure Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan represented by JSC “Electric power and Energy saving Development Institute” with the support of the World Bank.
