Meeting with representatives of the Egyptian company Elsewedy Electric

Today, a meeting was held at the Institute with representatives of the Egyptian company Elsewedy Electric, specializing in the construction of thermal power plants and the introduction of energy-saving technologies in Egypt. The company operates in the following energy segments: production of cables and accessories, electrical products, energy measurement and management, transformers, communications, solar energy solutions and project development.

During the meeting, the possibilities of the company's participation in ESCO/PPP projects in Kazakhstan were discussed. The Institute demonstrated the implemented projects on the PPP mechanism. Elsewedy electric expressed interest in investing in the construction of social facilities in Kazakhstan.

Following the meeting, an agreement was reached on the company's participation in energy efficiency projects. The Institute, for its part, will provide a list of potential projects within the framework of the Energy Efficiency Map.
